AI infrastructure & agent development

Find waste. Build agents. Introduce the right tools.

Most companies have no idea how much time they're bleeding to repetitive work. We find it, build what replaces it, and tell you honestly what to buy instead of build.

The practice

Find waste.

Most companies are bleeding hours to work nobody should be doing by hand. We go through your workflows, your tooling, and your teams until we can put a number on it.

Build agents.

The work that shouldn't need a person gets one built for it — made for how your business actually runs, not a template with your logo dropped on it.

Introduce the right tools.

Sometimes the answer already exists and costs forty dollars a month. We'll tell you that, even though we don't get paid to build it.

Lead follow-up. Quotes and documents. The handoff between two systems that somebody bridges by hand. Intake, scheduling, the weekly report nobody reads. Anywhere a person is keying in something the machine already knows.

Where it starts

The assessment

The Teardown

I spend however long it takes to understand your current workflows, tooling, and teams. Sometimes that's a deep dive. Sometimes it's a focused call. It covers what you're doing now and hands you a blueprint.

What we've shipped

Some of it we built for clients. Some of it we built for ourselves, then finished properly and shipped.

Built for clients

Deployed

Veronica

Contract coordination for a real estate brokerage. Ratified contract through the closing table, end to end.

Brokerage name withheld. Happy to walk through the build on a call.

Sector
Residential real estate brokerage
Replaces
The contract coordinator seat
Span
Ratified contract to closing
Oversight
Human in the loop, by design

No agent we build runs unsupervised. Anything that touches a contract has a person's name on it. Anyone telling you otherwise hasn't shipped one.

Our own software

We ran the method on our own trade first. Both of these are made for the trades — the practice behind them isn't.

Who it's for

The practice

Companies paying people to do work a machine could do faster, who want the real number before they commit to anything.

The products

Contractors, remodelers, and tradespeople who are good at the work and losing money on the paperwork.

The short version

Founder’s note

I spent years running jobs. The part that cost me money was never the work — it was the scope creeping while nobody wrote anything down, and being too far into a job to bring it up without it getting weird. So I built the thing I needed. Then I built the company around it.

I don't only do this for the trades. Every business runs on repetition somewhere, and most of it shouldn't need a person. I just learned that somewhere with dust in the air.

Direction

Most companies don't know what an agent could do for them yet.
